With the theme “Sustainable Human Interactions with the Environment: Promoting Best Practices and Sharing Experiences,” the Philippine Society for the Study of Nature-Norther Luzon will hold its 8th Annual Scientific Conference on 19-22 November 2014 at the Lyceum Northwestern University, Dagupan City, Philippines.
The conference is in collaboration with the Lyceum Northwestern University and will feature interesting keynote and plenary topics that will be presented by experts in research, technological innovation, and social development in promoting a sustainable society. The group of experts will be led by Dr. Raymundo Rovillos (UP Baguio), Dr.Edwin Cubelo (Siliman University), Dr. Jessie Elauria (UPLB), and Dr. Arlene Ancheta (UST). The preconference topic entitled, “Patentability Search” will be facilitated by Dr. Roberto Pagulayan of Angeles University Foundation.
The conference will feature High school students, undergraduate students, and professionals’ paper competition in both oral and poster formats. Interested participants may also join in the tour in various tourist spots in the province.
